I have made a few changes.
- Drinking turmeric and ginger teas
- Drinking a lot of water
- Taking pharmaceutical quality vitamins 3 times a day.
- Gluten free – mostly
- Dairy free – mostly
- Far less fast food, candy, and sugary drinks
I eased into these changes over the summer and now I am down 15 pounds and more flexible than before. Pretty good job I’d say. I’ll be keeping these changes into the autumn as well as measuring my blood glucose 15-20 times a day to see if any remaining foods cause my blood sugar to go too high. I’ll check in at the end of Autumn with a weigh in – hopefully another success.
