I made a keto lasagna this weekend. 7.5 g of net carbs!! It was so delicious. It had layers and Italian sausage and seasoning and cheese. Yummmm. Instead of pasta I made a thin layers of baked cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella and egg. It tasted almost just like pasta. So nice to enjoy this meal with my clients. This does not feel like a diet!
