I love to exercise.  I did a triathlon two years ago.  SO awesome.  I especially love strength training.  I’ve been out of my routine for a few months but did a workout last night.  Amazing Feeling!!  Woke up refreshed and geared up for the day.  🙂 Continue reading Exercise
